Digital Delivery Policy

1. Scope and seller

This policy governs electronic delivery of downloadable PDFs sold by Anemon İnovasyon ve Dijital Teknolojiler Sanayi Ticaret Anonim Şirketi at store.regsup.com. No printed book, physical item, parcel or customs delivery is supplied. No physical shipping fee is charged for a PDF order.

2. Delivery method and deadline

After payment verification and order release, download instructions for the individually licensed PDF are sent to the email address provided in the order. Unless a different period is expressly agreed on the product page and order summary, delivery takes place no later than two business days after payment verification. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in Türkiye. Pending or failed payment means the delivery period does not start until payment is verified; internal approval after payment verification does not restart it.

Where the consumer declaration legally required for early digital supply has not been given and the Customer does not request delivery during the withdrawal period, delivery follows expiry of that period; the applicable starting point is explained during ordering. General terms acceptance does not replace required specific consent.

3. What is delivered

The file matches the regulation, fixed edition, source-text language, guidance language and scope in the product description. Changing the storefront language does not translate the PDF. A single PDF purchase does not include future editions, ongoing updates, platform membership or expert work unless expressly promised. Legally required conformity updates remain available.

You receive a copy licensed specifically to you. This licence does not claim ownership of official source text. The licensed copy is not evidence of an electronic signature.

4. Technical requirements and links

Downloading requires internet access, sufficient storage and a compatible PDF reader. Product-specific file size, languages, access period, download limits and other technical restrictions are disclosed before ordering; an undisclosed later limit does not prevent initial delivery. A failed technical download does not alone establish completed delivery if the content was never usable.

Keep the licensed file secure and do not share the download link. Re-download availability is not a promise of perpetual hosting. Expiry of a link does not itself end a paid usage licence. Initial-delivery remedies and statutory conformity rights remain separately available.

5. Missing or incorrect delivery

If no email arrives, check spam and the order email address, then contact info@anemoninnovation.com with your order number. You do not need to buy again. A broken link, corrupt file or wrong edition or language is remedied with correct usable delivery; statutory price-reduction, termination and refund rights remain.

If an incorrect email or missing essential order information supplied by the Customer prevents delivery, only the necessary correction is requested and delivery follows without undue delay once corrected. A delay outside the Customer’s responsibility is not attributed to them. If the agreed deadline cannot be met, the reason and revised date are communicated; the Customer cannot be required to wait indefinitely. An impossible-to-perform or lawfully terminated order is refunded within the applicable period.

6. Licence and support

Delivery does not grant resale, shared-account access, distribution to unlicensed colleagues or public-upload rights. The Store Terms of Sale and Digital Content Licence govern use and the Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy governs cancellation and reimbursement.
